FHA limits were decreased on October 1st when congress didn't extend the loan limits, however they passed the Appropriaeions Bill late last week and the President has signed the bill. New FHA limits are effective today and increase the maxium loan limits for FHA mortgages.

Boulder County: $460,000 (was $402,500)
Weld County $417,500 (was $271,050)
Larimer County: $312,500 (was $271,050)
El Paso: $325,000 (was $271,050)
